Traditional web-based converters upload files to remote databases, while standard WebAssembly approaches (like virtual FFmpeg blocks) choke when handling large files because they attempt to load the entire video into the browser's restricted WebAssembly RAM workspace.
Our architecture solves this by leveraging **Native Browser Audio Contexts** and **Container Remuxing** (track-swapping). By skipping raw frame-by-frame transcoding and directly extracting, stream-wrapping, or repackaging raw codecs, conversions finish almost instantaneously. Files of 1GB, 5GB, or even 10GB+ are processed inside the browser sandbox using high-performance chunked Streams. Your data never touches a remote server, ensuring complete 100% security.
Most file format changes do not require a complete re-encoding of the audio and video frames. Instead, they only require repackaging the underlying compressed tracks into a different digital package (known as *Remuxing*).
