Editorial Policy

How Envizion Publishes Reviews, Research, and Visuals.

Envizion is built as a practical resource, not a placeholder site. This page explains how public pages are selected, written, illustrated, corrected, and separated from advertising.

Published Content Standard

Pages should help a visitor make a decision, complete a task, or understand a subject more clearly than a bare list or summary would. Drafts, generated filler, duplicate pages, and short entries without a real reader purpose are kept out of the sitemap until they have enough original context to stand alone.

Original Visuals

Static article, review, and research pages use local Envizion-created SVG cover images. They are not pulled from stock-photo libraries or copied from another website. Product names, games, and creator names may be referenced for commentary and review, but the surrounding visual presentation is created inside this project.

Advertising Separation

Ads, if enabled, are labeled and kept separate from the main article or tool content. Editorial opinions, grades, and creator notes are not written as paid placements. If sponsored content is ever published, it should be labeled clearly. This separation is maintained to comply with Google AdSense policies and to preserve reader trust.

Corrections Policy

Games, software, platforms, and creator statistics change over time. Visitors can send corrections to envizionupdates@gmail.com with the page URL and the issue. Substantive corrections are reviewed and reflected in the page rather than hidden in a comment thread.

Content Originality

All editorial content on Envizion is written by human contributors. We do not use AI content generators to produce articles, reviews, or guides. Each piece is researched, outlined, and written with the goal of providing original value to the reader. We believe this commitment to human-created content is essential to maintaining trust and meeting Google's E-E-A-T standards.

Review and Update Cycle

Published content is reviewed periodically to ensure accuracy. Pages that reference specific product versions, platform features, or time-sensitive data are prioritised for updates. Outdated information is either corrected or clearly marked with a notice. We encourage readers to flag any content they believe is no longer current.

Why These Policies Matter

Clear editorial policies demonstrate to both readers and advertising platforms that a website operates with integrity and transparency. Google AdSense reviewers look for sites with established content standards, original material, and clear separation between editorial and advertising content.

Envizion publishes original content created by human writers. We do not use AI content generators to produce articles, reviews, or guides. Each piece is researched, outlined, and written with the goal of providing unique value to the reader. We believe this commitment to human-created content is essential to maintaining trust and meeting Google's quality standards.

Our review process ensures that all published content meets our quality benchmarks before appearing in the sitemap. Pages that do not meet these standards are kept in draft status until they have sufficient depth, context, and editorial care to stand alone as valuable resources for our readers.
