Is Electroni free to use?+
No. Electroni requires payment before any subjects are unlocked. Selected subjects can be saved on your account, but access begins only after payment is confirmed.
Which curriculums does Electroni support?+
Electroni is aligned with the major Australian state curriculums including the HSC (NSW), VCE (VIC), QCE (QLD), WACE (WA), and SACE (SA). New content is added regularly to keep up with syllabus changes.
How do I set up Electroni for my school?+
We offer school-wide licences with teacher dashboards, class management tools, and reporting features. Contact our team at envizionupdates@gmail.com for paid school access.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No lock-in contracts.
Does Electroni work on mobile?+
Yes - Electroni is fully responsive and works on any device: desktop, tablet, and mobile. Watch lessons and take quizzes on the go. Offline download is available on the Premium plan.
How long does it take to get a response?+
Our support team typically responds within one business day. During peak exam periods (October–November) response times may be slightly longer. For urgent issues, mark your email as urgent.
