A family kitchen in Mount Druitt
Al Bayt began in 2016 as a home kitchen cooking mansaf for family gatherings in Western Sydney. Ten years on, we operate a registered commercial kitchen at 4 Dale Grove, Mount Druitt, and a pastry section, supplying households, offices and function venues across New South Wales.
Jordanian first, Levantine throughout
Our kitchen is built around the Jordanian table — mansaf cooked in jameed, maqluba turned out of the pot, freekeh with chicken, musakhan on taboon bread, kibbeh in all its forms — and extends across the wider Levant: Syrian mezze, Lebanese sweets, Palestinian kunafa.
We do not use shortcuts. Jameed is imported from Karak. Tahini is Lebanese and stone-ground. Sumac and za'atar are sourced from a single grower. Bread is baked on site every morning, and nothing is fried in advance of an order.
How the kitchen runs

All meat and poultry is supplied by a certified halal butcher in Western Sydney, with full traceability on every delivery.
HACCP compliant
Registered with Blacktown City Council. Documented temperature control, allergen management and daily cleaning schedules.

Every item carries a written allergen declaration. Nut, sesame, wheat, dairy and egg are present in the kitchen.
Sold by weight

No preservatives
